Doug Warren is currently the church-planting pastor of Gulf Coast Church in Estero, Florida and the Men's Coach at Verity Pregnancy and Medical Center in Fort Myers. Pastoring and coaching get at the heart of Doug's calling. He loves Christ and is passionate about making Him known to neighbors. Both these roles allow Doug to befriend folks and lovingly point them to Jesus, the only One who can make us whole.

 

He also served as the founding senior pastor at Christ the Redeemer (CTR) and a leader of the church planting network of Northern New England. In 2000 after a decade of college ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC) Doug moved with his family to Portland, Maine to plant not only a congregation, but to help plant a church-planting movement.



Doug has helped to recruit, equip, and mentor church-planters in strategic locations for reaching neighbors with the gospel. CTR planted a daughter church in Lewiston, Maine and helped with plants in Manchester, NH and Burlington, VT.  Doug has also led in the vision and pioneering of new Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) ministries at FGCU and UVM. 



Doug earned his MDiv (1997) and has taken D.Min classes from Reformed Theological Seminary – Orlando. Doug’s wife, Kristen, also graduated from RTS with an MA in Biblical Studies. Kristen has 14 years of ministry experience with Campus Crusade.



Doug and Kristen have four children:  Donnelly, Karis, Libby, and Colby.  They enjoy movies, books, outdoors, traveling and lots of laughter.
